Workshop Topics: EAP program costs; How students pay for study abroad; How financial aid works with study abroad; Affording summer abroad programs; How to fund independent programs; and other under graduate study abroad programs.
Want to know if you can afford to study abroad? Request an estimate of how much financial aid you can expect to receive. Remember that all programs have different costs, so decide on your program or a couple that you are interested in, and then request a financial aid estimate. Speak with a Financial Aid Advisor during drop-in advising hours or email them to request an estimate (see below).

UCSC does not package federal or state financial aid for UCSC students who participate on Independent Study Abroad programs. Scholarships may be available through program providers or outside sources.
In addition to your UCEAP program cost, all students will be charged a miscellaneous Campus Fee. If applicable, you may also be assessed Non-Resident Tuition or Graduate Fees. Please use the links below to determine the additional fees that will be added to the cost of your EAP program.
